Our client a professional services firm is seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador to join their team on a temporary basis in Arlington, Virginia.

About The Job:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, visitors, and vendors in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Manage front desk operations, room bookings, event calendars, and incoming inquiries
• Assist with meeting and event setup, including furniture, signage, and equipment
• Support workplace and facilities operations to ensure an exceptional visitor experience
• Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack, and other technology platforms to support daily operations

About You:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 0-2 years of experience in reception, hospitality, concierge, or customer service
• Strong customer service skills with a polished, professional demeanor
• Friendly, reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable interacting with high-profile guests and managing multiple priorities
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack, and general laptop/iOS functions
• Experience with facilities, office operations, event coordination, or hospitality preferred
