Our client, a professional association is seeking a Client Success Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to extend in Arlington, Virginia.

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing support via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to a high volume of Tier 1 and Tier 2 client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner
• Become a subject matter expert on the organization's products, programs, and services
• Accurately document client interactions within CRM and customer management systems
• Troubleshoot routine issues, follow up on escalations, and ensure client satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries and improve the client experience
• Maintain quality standards while contributing to departmental initiatives

• High school diploma required; additional education preferred
• 2+ years of customer service, contact center, or client support experience preferred
• Strong client-facing, verbal, and written communication skills
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and relationship management skills
• Experience with CRM/customer management systems and Microsoft Office
• Association, trade organization, or nonprofit experience preferred

• Temporary assignment, approximately 5-6 months with potential extensions
• Hybrid schedule: 2 days onsite per week (3 days during initial training)
