**** Pay & Schedule*** **$63–$67 per hour*** **$5,000 Sign-On Bonus**
* ** Full-time**
* ** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM**
* ** No evenings or weekends

**** Patient-Focused Scheduling**
* ** Recall appointments: 60 minutes**
* ** New patient appointments: 75 minutes**
* ** Scaling and Root Planing (SRP):
Scheduled based on provider recommendation
**** Work with advanced equipment including:**
* ** CBCT**
* ** NomadTM handheld X-ray**
* ** iTero digital scanner**
* ** Intraoral cameras**
* ** Dentrix practice management software

**** Responsibilities**
* ** Perform dental cleanings (prophylaxis)**
* ** Complete periodontal charting**
* ** Provide scaling and root planing (SRP)**
* ** Take digital radiographs**
* ** Administer fluoride treatments**
* ** Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care**
* ** Partner with doctors and team members to provide exceptional patient experiences**
* ** Maintain accurate clinical records and follow infection control protocols
**** Qualifications**
* ** Active Virginia Dental Hygienist license or awaiting licensure (New Grads Welcome)**
* ** Current CPR/BLS certification**
* ** Strong communication and patient education skills**
* ** Passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care**
* ** Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
