• $68 - $75 per hour
• Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

• Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays: 8 am – 5 pm (1-hour break)
• Tuesdays: 8 am – 3 pm
• Every other Friday: 8 am – 3 pm
• 1st & 3rd Saturday each month: 8 am – 1 pm

  Experienced Dental hygienist with 1+ years of practice
• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (Virginia)
• Minimum 1 year of dental hygiene experience (entry-level candidates with strong skills considered)
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
• Friendly, team-oriented, and dependable
• Passion for patient education and oral health promotion

• AED Certification (preferred)

• Provide high-quality preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene services, including adult and child prophylaxis, fluoride varnish application, and scaling/root planing
• Set up and break down operatories, including tray setup and instrument sterilization
• Utilize intraoral cameras and take digital radiographs
• Educate and communicate effectively with patients on oral health, treatment plans, and preventive care
• Prepare goodie bags and promote a friendly, welcoming environment
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver excellent patient care
