The Opportunity

The Virginia studio is seeking an Interior Designer with 7–10 years of experience to play a key role in delivering high-quality, design-driven projects.

This is a high-impact, mid-to-senior level position where you will contribute across all phases of design while also taking ownership of key project components. You’ll work closely with leadership, interface with clients, and help drive both design quality and project execution.

This role is ideal for someone who is:

  • Comfortable owning portions of projects

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead and contribute to project concepting, space planning, and design development
  • Produce high-quality construction documents and detailed drawings
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure design milestones are met
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations
  • Conduct site visits and field coordination
  • Communicate design intent through strong visual and verbal storytelling
  • Support and mentor junior team members as needed
What We’re Looking For Required
  • 7–10 years of commercial interior design experience
  • Strong experience in corporate/workplace interiors
  • Proven ability to contribute across all phases of design
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit (BIM)
  • Experience with construction documentation and coordination
  • Strong design sensibility paired with technical execution
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
Preferred
  • Experience in high-end workplace or hospitality projects
  • Proficiency in Sketch Up, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, design-driven studio
