Senior Manager, Product Design, Loop Net
We are hiring a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead a team of designers embedded across product teams. This role will drive design excellence, foster collaboration, and ensure consistent user experiences across the Loop Net platform.
Location
:
Arlington, VA. In-office Monday through Friday.
- Lead and mentor a team of designers.
- Maintain and evolve Loop Net’s design system and design operations practices.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to deliver cohesive, user-centered solutions.
- Advocate for accessibility, responsiveness, and design best practices.
- Align design efforts with product roadmaps and team priorities.
- Conduct design reviews, workshops, and feedback sessions to drive quality and innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person university or college.
- 7+ years of Product Design experience, including team leadership.
- Experience in marketplace or real-estate platforms preferred.
- Dedication to understanding user needs through research, feedback, and data analysis, with a focus on delivering solutions that provide value and enhance the user experience.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, marketing, sales, and customer support, to drive product design and development.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
- A track record of commitment to prior employers.
