Job Description & How to Apply Below

The Production Design Lead owns end-to-end quality, speed, and accuracy of floor plan and space data production for GREF's global portfolio (60MM+ SF) — including early feasibility test-fits and record plan documentation. This role is supported by a vendor production team and is accountable for the accuracy of GREF's record floor plans and the associated space data underpinning occupancy planning, portfolio strategy, finance reporting, and capital decisions.

Scope includes oversight of a vendor team, pipeline management, and building cross functional processes.

The successful candidate will establish global intake and QC processes, drive the CAD-to-Revit portfolio conversion, and develop the business-as-usual operating model for the development, maintenance, and quality control of GREF record plans and data. Responsibilities include developing a staffing model based on actual pipeline volume and automation throughput — right-sizing the team using real data. The role also requires identifying opportunities for automation and continuous improvement to drive efficiency, reduce manual effort, and hold the line on quality.

Coordinate with partner teams, including Portfolio Strategy, Occupancy Planning, GREF Tech and the FMS owner across initiatives, including intake, production and maintenance.

Key job responsibilities Production Ownership
  • Own the accuracy and timeliness of all record floor plans and space data transmitted to FMS globally
  • Own the quality and throughput of test-fit (space planning) production for the design team
  • Lead the tactical execution of the CAD-to-Revit portfolio conversion, including strategic use of building scanning and automation
Process Design & Operations
  • Build and manage a global intake process for record plan changes covering RPM, FM, MAC, and D&C projects
  • Build and manage intake and iteration workflows for test-fit requests from the design team
  • Establish production team SOPs and SLAs for record plan updates and test-fits in Revit/Forma
  • Set up and manage a QC program for model quality and space data accuracy
  • Build a floor plan audit program
