St. Charles Preschool in Arlington, VA is seeking an enthusiastic full-time Lead Prekindergarten Teacher for the  school year. The teacher is responsible for implementing a well-rounded, play-based, developmentally appropriate instructional program that adheres to the policies and guidelines of the Diocese of Arlington Catholic Schools.

Qualified candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree or a current CDA and be willing to work towards Basic Religion Catechist certification. The ideal candidate would have prior preschool teaching experience, strong communication and classroom management skills, and a nurturing approach in educating young children. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, managing the classroom, should be enthusiastic about sharing the Catholic faith, passionate about teaching, and able to collaborate effectively with colleagues while fostering a positive and engaging classroom environment.
