Who You Are & What You’ll DoThe Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) will design, develop, deliver, and evaluate a comprehensive asset forfeiture training program aligned with organizational mission requirements. The role involves managing a curriculum consisting of 5 courses (25–30 modules each) covering the full asset lifecycle, financial management, and legal compliance. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in adult education with classroom facilitation skills to deliver practical, role‑based, and performance‑oriented training in both formal classroom and virtual instruction.
Minimum Requirements- Current or obtainable Public Trust clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, adult education, curriculum and instruction, or related field (a graduate degree is preferred). In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, at least ten (10) years of relevant work experience.
- At least five (5) years of experience with formal training and instructional techniques in classroom and virtual instruction, blended learning, workshops, simulations, case studies, and microlearning events.
- Proven professional teaching and facilitation experience in both physical classroom and virtual environments.
- Expert-level hands‑on experience with Microsoft Office and corporate productivity suites, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Microsoft Visio (process mapping).
- Microsoft Project (timeline/milestone tracking).
- Familiarity or direct experience managing virtual sessions and tracking enrollment through MS Teams, Webex, and federal or institutional Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Salary Range: $80,000 – $105,000 annually.
