Position: STUDENT SERVICES SPECIALIST

Student Services Specialist

As a STUDENT SERVICES SPECIALIST at the GS-0301-9 some of your typical work assignments may include:

  • Supports DSCU's Education Services Specialist and assumes responsibility of oversight of education and training programs and services in the absence of that officer.
  • Assist in establishing SC educational goals.
  • Evaluates individual's potential and eligibility for a multitude of DSCU courses and programs.
  • Serves as liaison between applicant and appropriate organization in resolution of conflicts.
  • Resolves discrepancies regarding on line learning progress reports.
  • Ensure classroom are scheduled and materials are in place.
