This is a contract contingent or contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Technical Training and Development Division (TTDV) Instructional Design Staff Augmentation functional area/swim lane/category discipline professional - WMATA Technical Training and Development Division (TTDV) Instructional Design Staff Augmentation position;
however, Pro Sidian reserves the right to convert to a full-time Pro Sidian employed W-2 position.
Provide services and support as a Lead Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) / Project Manager [WMATA Technical Training and Development Division (TTDV) Instructional Design Staff Augmentation] in the government and public services industry sector focusing on human capital solutions for clients such as Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) | Technical Training and Development Division (TTDV) | Safety and Readiness Department generally located in CONUS
- Washington D.C and across the Mid Atlantic Region (of country/world) working on-site (client site).

This work factors into the categories of technical training and learning design staff augmentation, comprehensive instructional systems design and process modernization, learning innovation design and performance enhancement, safety and readiness technical training, and learning design and technical workforce capability enhancement.
Leads multi-workstream effort, manages scope/schedule/cost, governs quality and stakeholder engagement while directing ISD; aligns to senior PM oversight with training portfolio leadership.
Oversee instructional systems design for all WMATA TTDV training programs; manage project timelines, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure curriculum alignment with adult learning principles, evaluate training effectiveness, and lead quality assurance for deliverables. Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to define clear, measurable learning objectives and ensure all instructional content supports desired performance outcomes. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress against key milestones, and address risks or delays to ensure timely delivery of training products.
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide project updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with strategic training goals and operational needs. Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to review instructional materials for accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and instructional effectiveness before deployment. Serve as the primary liaison between instructional designers, SMEs and multimedia developers to ensure cohesive collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
