Primary Responsibilities Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in FLPPrepare and deliver engaging, student-centered instruction (in-person, hybrid, or online as assigned)
Develop syllabi and course materials aligned with departmental standards
Assess student performance and provide timely feedback
Maintain regular communication with students and department leadership
Office hours
- Faculty need to be available for at least one additional hour per week for each course taught, to advise students concerning their coursework.
Required Qualifications JD or Master’s degree in the teaching discipline or closely related field (Doctorate preferred for graduate-level instruction)
Strong communication and instructional skills
Commitment to inclusive excellence and student success
Preferred Qualifications Prior college-level teaching experience
Experience with learning management systems and online teaching platforms
Experience working with diverse and first-generation student populations
