• Experience teaching in general K-12 educational settings
• Versatility to work effectively with elementary, middle, and high school students
• Demonstrated expertise or strong interest in chess, robotics, and basic coding
• Comfort managing groups of diverse learners in an extracurricular or classroom environment
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute across Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach with school staff and students

• Conduct interactive chess, robotics, and coding sessions for K-12 students in an after-school setting
• Adapt lesson plans for different age groups to ensure all students are challenged and engaged
• Foster a safe and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration and teamwork
• Travel to various campuses (approximately 10 locations) to deliver high-quality instruction
• Monitor student progress and celebrate achievements, supporting each learner’s unique pathway
