• Guide a teaching team to develop classroom plans, goals, and lead hands‑on activities based on your observations of the children’s interests and needs.

  Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:
  At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required. CDA or higher level of education required for only Lead teacher positions. Must meet Virginia licensing requirements for daycare staff or willing to obtain these. At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool required. Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) required or willing to obtain.
