T26-27-Montessori Teacher - Upper Elementary; MPSA

This position is a 1.0 FTE located at Montessori Public School of Arlington
.

• Must have or be eligible for Virginia licensure.
• Elementary Education endorsement.
• Must have AMI or AMS certification for ages 9-12, grades 4th and 5th.
• Montessori certification

• Experience teaching upper elementary students.

• Ability to communicate and work effectively with principal, staff and parents.
• Ability and willingness to work as a team member with special education and general education
• Flexible, dependable, and highly organized.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to compromise
• Good initiative, flexibility, dependability and organizational skills.
• Strong sense of professionalism.
• Strong classroom management skills

Salary will be based on the FY2026-27 salary schedule
