Volunteer Teaching Assistant – ESL Program
REAP – Arlington Education and Employment Program (REEP) seeks volunteer teaching assistants to support adult learners in our English as a Second Language (ESL) program at the Syphax Education Center and Arlington Mill Community Center.
Responsibilities- Assist in whole‑class, small‑group, and one‑on‑one activities to improve students’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Volunteer 2–3 hours per week during morning, evening, or late afternoon.
- Provide at least a 3‑month commitment.
- Receive training and ongoing support from REEP staff.
