BBA After school Inc. is hiring energetic, dependable, and enthusiastic After-School Cheer & Dance Instructors to lead fun and engaging cheer and dance enrichment programs for elementary-aged students in Arlington, VA
.

• Part-time, after-school position
• Monday through Friday
• 1.5-hour sessions
• $45 per session ($30 per hour)
• No lesson planning required
• Curriculum, music, and equipment provided
• In-person position in Arlington

• Lead engaging cheer and dance sessions for elementary students
• Follow BBA's structured curriculum and activities
• Teach age-appropriate cheer motions, dance techniques, rhythm, coordination, and teamwork
• Create a fun, safe, and inclusive learning environment
  
  Supervise groups of approximately 15-25 students
• Encourage confidence, creativity, participation, and teamwork
• Communicate professionally with school staff and BBA leadership

• Cheerleading, dance, gymnastics, fitness, or coaching experience preferred but not required
• Experience working with children is a plus
• Comfortable working with students in grades K-5
• Reliable transportation to schools throughout Arlington
• Dependable and punctual
• Positive and energetic attitude
• Must successfully complete the required Arlington Public Schools background check and fingerprinting process
