- Responsibilities:
Lead program staff to provide developmentally appropriate care and instruction for children and youth aged 6 weeks to 18 years;
Develop and implement age-appropriate educational lesson plans and activities based on observed needs and interests;
Instruct team members and provide written instructions, reference materials, and supplies;
Ensure health and safety standards in diapering, toileting, hand washing, cleaning/sanitizing surfaces and materials, food service, safe sleep practices, and caring for ill children and youth;
Oversee supervision of children and youth with sight and sound supervision requirements and ensure appropriate monitoring during activities
