We are recruiting for a Tooling Design Engineer to design and model foundry tooling, such as patterns and core boxes, and improve existing product lines.

Specifically, this position will:

• Utilize CAD Software to design and create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings
• Work closely with product development teams to finalize new product designs
• Generate layouts and detailed drawings of complex assemblies and mechanical structures.
• Contribute to building and maintaining pattern design data for existing and new products.
• Evaluate the feasibility of new equipment installations or facility modifications based on technical and economic factors.

Candidates should possess:

• 3-5 years experience in foundry tooling design
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Experience with Solid Works, AutoCAD, and 3D printing technologies (FDM & SLA) and 3D scanning.
• Familiarity with a variety of materials, including wood, metal, plastic, and electrical components.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
