We’re looking for a Senior Robotics AI and Software Engineer to join our R&D team and help shape the next generation of intelligent robotic systems. In this role, you’ll design, prototype, and deploy advanced algorithms that power autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), combining computer vision, AI, and scalable backend software to bring autonomy to life in real-world environments.

You’ll work at the intersection of robotics, perception, and AI, collaborating closely with systems engineers, researchers, and product teams to take cutting‑edge research from concept to deployment.

• Design and implement backend algorithms for AMR localization, navigation, and perception with a strong focus on scalability and reliability.
• Conduct R&D on OCR solutions for robotic vision tasks using both classical computer vision and deep learning methods.
• Develop LiDAR-based SLAM and sensor fusion pipelines integrating IMU, odometry, and vision data for robust real‑time mapping and localization.
• Prototype and benchmark AI/ML models for semantic perception, object recognition, and adaptive planning in dynamic environments.
• Build high-performance C++/Python modules for real‑time sensor data processing in production‑grade systems.
• Develop backend infrastructure – including APIs, services, and data pipelines – to support robotic intelligence and autonomy.
• Analyze field and simulation data to optimize performance, diagnose system bottlenecks, and minimize edge‑case failures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate research concepts into reliable, deployable robotic solutions.
• Contribute to documentation and research briefs to capture learnings, support internal reviews, and drive ongoing innovation.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.
• Experience with robotics middleware (ROS/ROS2) and real‑time software development.
• Deep understanding of computer vision, AI/ML, and sensor fusion techniques.
• Experience with LiDAR, camera, and IMU data processing.
• Familiarity with SLAM, localization, and path planning algorithms.

• Experience deploying AI/robotics algorithms in real‑world or production environments.
• Knowledge of GPU computing (CUDA, Tensor

• Background in multi‑robot coordination, simulation environments (Gazebo, Isaac Sim), or cloud robotics.
