Project Manager, Operations Manager

We’re partnered with a well-resourced energy & infrastructure services firm delivering large-scale retrofit, energy efficiency, and mission-critical construction projects across complex facilities.

This role is ideal for Project Managers looking to work on more complex, high-impact projects
, manage fewer sites at a time
, and take on greater ownership in project delivery, safety, and quality.

• Lead construction-focused projects (HVAC, MEP, mechanical systems)
• Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and site teams
• Oversee safety, quality control, and commissioning activities
• Own client relationships and drive successful project delivery
• Identify and mitigate technical, financial, and schedule risks

• Background in HVAC, MEP, mechanical construction, or GC environments
• Experience with retrofit or complex building projects preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• PMs up to ~$150K | Senior PMs up to ~$170K
• Clear long‑term growth path within a growing project portfolio
