Job SummaryCandidate sought to provide additional technical support. DARPA is planning to place manufacturing and processing equipment in the field to test forward deployed production capabilities utilizing available materials. Testing will be coordinated with Service elements operating the tests in parallel with performers. The candidate should have experience in coordinating and running field trials for DARPA or equivalent research & development technology, especially in materials and/or chemical processing.
Key Responsibilities- Critically evaluate, structure, and coordinate test plans to include day-to-day operation and safety‑critical aspects.
- Interact with Service elements and COCOMS.
- Travel to INDOPACOM and EUCOM; travel may exceed 50% in some months and require flexibility for varying time zones.
- SETA with experience in coordinating and running field trials for DARPA or equivalent R&E technology
- Expertise in materials and/or chemical processing
- Ability to critically evaluate, structure, and coordinate test plans to include day‑to‑day operation and safety‑critical aspects
- Experience interacting with Service elements and COCOMS
- Ability to travel to INDOPACOM and EUCOM (may exceed 50% in some months); flexibility for varying time zones
Minimum Active Secret clearance required and must be TS/SCI eligible.
