Lead Projects End-to-End
Take full ownership of structural projects from concept through construction administration, ensuring technical excellence and successful delivery.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building relationships and representing the structural discipline with confidence.

Guide project teams in the production of calculations, drawings, and specifications while making key design decisions.

What you’ll be doing:
- Lead structural engineering projects through all phases of design and construction
- Oversee production of drawings, calculations, and specifications
- Coordinate with architects and multidisciplinary design teams
- Manage project scope, schedule, and deliverables
- Perform and review seismic and lateral system design (braced frames, moment frames, shear walls)
- Serve as primary client contact and maintain strong relationships
- Support construction administration, RFIs, and site coordination
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- PE license required (SE preferred)
- 7+ years of structural engineering experience
- 2+ years of project leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong background in seismic design and lateral systems
- Proficiency in ETABS, RISA, RAM, Enercalc, and Revit
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- $130,000 – $175,000 base salary
