The Operations Engineer ensures the smooth and efficient operation of a company’s systems and processes. This includes maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting technical infrastructure. They focus on enhancing performance, reducing costs, and improving overall productivity. This involves designing layouts, conducting tests, implementing changes, and documenting procedures.

• System Maintenance and Optimization: monitor, maintain, and optimize the performance of systems and infrastructure.
• Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: identify and resolve operational issues, perform root‑cause analysis on production errors.
• Process Improvement: develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Project Management: manage projects related to system upgrades, new installations, or process improvements.
• Collaboration:
  
  work with various teams, including customer support, engineering, and other internal stakeholders.
• Documentation: document operational procedures, processes, and solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 5 to 8 years of experience.
• TS security clearance with ability to obtain and maintain SCI with CI Poly.
• Deep understanding of systems, networks, databases, and operating systems.
• Ability to quickly identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
