Senior Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join our Interiors Responsibility team in Everett, WA. The IRC leads the development of innovative interior systems for Boeing Commercial Airplanes, ensuring program success by providing the “Best Value” aircraft interiors through supply‑chain integration, manufacturing, and new technology development.
As a Quality Engineer you will support production through root‑cause analysis and process improvement, design and maintain inspection systems, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Position Responsibilities- Utilize statistical methods to develop and maintain systems that assess production health.
- Design and maintain conformance and inspection systems to optimize quality and efficiency.
- Perform root‑cause analysis and implement countermeasures to drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in quality audits and engineering specification reviews to ensure compliance.
- Plan First Article Inspections for new airplane programs and derivatives.
- Conduct Measurement Systems Analysis and Gage R&R activities to minimize measurement and operator variation.
- Execute risk assessments to identify potential quality issues and develop mitigation strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, or STEM field.
- At least 9 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing data; summarizing findings and developing conclusions.
- Experience with advanced composites.
- Experience with AS9100 or a similar QMS standard.
- Experience in conducting Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) on complex technical issues.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems through diverse approaches.

Everett, WA – 100% onsite required.
Shift: 1st shift (United States of America).

Summary Pay Range: $130,900 – $177,100.
