• 5+ years of experience with IT Engineering and systems integration, including Digital Engineering Tool integrations and exploration of AI/ML solutions to improve integration workflows
• Experience with AI/ML platforms such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Keras, or scikit‑learn to develop or deploy machine learning solutions for systems engineering or IT operations
• Experience building, deploying, maintaining, and optimizing AI‑based applications
• Experience with both Linux and Windows operating systems
• Experience applying AI techniques to improve system performance, predictive analytics, or anomaly detection
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud ecosystems and cloud‑based AI/ML services such as Amazon Sage Maker, Azure ML, or Google AI Platform
• Experience with networking and cybersecurity principles, including implementing AI‑assisted threat detection and response mechanisms
• Knowledge of AI‑driven solutions in IT systems accreditation and compliance with SRG or STIG requirements
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a STEM field

• Experience applying AI/ML techniques to requirements and architecture development across the systems development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience performing analysis studies using AI/ML in modeling and simulation environments, such as predictive simulations or behavior analysis
• Experience supporting aerospace systems engineering activities, incorporating AI‑based methodologies for design optimization and predictive maintenance
• Experience with scripting languages, such as Python, R, and Bash or Power Shell, for developing or automating AI processes
• Knowledge of AI‑based tools for exploring big data analytics and automation platforms that integrate AI capabilities, such as Ansible, Terraform, or Cloud Formation
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in translating technical AI/ML concepts for varied stakeholders
• Master's degree in AI, Machine Learning, Engineering, or related fields
• Certified fluency in modeling languages, such as UML, SysML, and OMG Certified Systems Modelling Professional (OCSMP) Certification
• Cloud+, AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Professional, Azure, or GCP Certification
• CSEP or ASEP INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification

• Secret clearance required

Salary range: $86,800.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of our total compensation package.
