• Apply systems engineering activities, defense acquisition processes, technical reviews, and program documentation in a government or contractor environment.
• Assist with development and maintenance of engineering and program documentation such as Systems Engineering Plans (SEP), technical reports, and briefing materials.
• Broaden skills in risk management, configuration management, and technical baseline activities; prepare and present technical briefings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, program management offices, and engineering teams to ensure technical and programmatic alignment.

• 5+ years of experience with engineering on a DoW, National Security, or Aerospace program.
• 2+ years of experience with DoW acquisition and systems engineering processes.
• Experience supporting or participating in Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) events.
• Ability to lead engineering teams or projects and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology.

• Experience with Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies and tools (e.g., Cameo, Magic Draw, SysML, MATLAB).
• Experience in a DoW aircraft or weapons system program acquisition office.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Top Secret clearance.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Science or Technology.
• INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP).

• Salary range: $86,800 – $198,000 annually (USD).
