• Develop detailed commissioning plans, procedures, and checklists aligned with project specifications.
• Lead and supervise electrical commissioning activities onsite, working closely with engineering, construction, and operations teams.
• Conduct troubleshooting, testing, and validation of electrical systems and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices during all commissioning stages.
• Document commissioning results, deficiencies, and any modifications required.
• Provide technical support and training to operations personnel post-commissioning.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to resolve issues and ensure project timelines are met.

• Proven experience in electrical commissioning for power plants, industrial facilities, or large-scale electrical projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and team leadership abilities.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in electrical engineering or related fields are preferred.
