Position Overview
Pantheon Data is seeking a Systems Engineer (ISR Systems) who will support the Chief Engineer for ISR systems, focusing on integration of airborne, maritime, and ground-based sensor networks.
Responsibilities
- Design ISR network architectures (SATCOM, IP, cloud systems).
- Integrate ISR sensors and communications systems.
- Develop secure LAN/WAN/VPN infrastructure.
- Support satellite communications and teleport operations.
- Conduct testing, trade studies, and performance analysis.
- Translate mission needs into technical specifications.
- Bachelor's in Engineering/Physics;
Master's preferred. - 10+ years ISR, networking, and SATCOM experience.
- Expertise in RF, IP networking, and sensor systems.
- Experience with MATLAB, Cameo, and federal acquisition.
- PMP preferred
- Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance.
Work Location: Hybrid - Washington, D.C.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $200,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
