** The Opportunity*
* In this role, you will have the opportunity to participate in and lead engineering and design of the HVAC and plumbing systems in various types of facilities.

This specific position will focus on:

+ Design and construction activities, including project delivery methods such as traditional Design-Bid-Build and Alternative Conceptual-Bid-Build

+ Designing

HVACandplumbingsystemsforprimarily Hyper Scaleand Colocation Data Center design  associated with administrative and support spaces

+ Supporting additional areas such as Administrative, Warehouse, Maintenance, Workshop, Laboratory, Chemical Storage&Handling,Electrical Distribution Center ,Low&Medium Voltage Switchgear ,Pump Areas, Engine Generator, Blowers/Air Compressors, and Flammable & Combustible Liquids Storage

+ Conducting Data Center airflow CFD modeling for interior and exterior spaces

+ Conductingenergyaudit/efficiency studies,code review/application,andsustainabledesign/LEEDapplication of sustainable strategies

+ Developing engineering skills while working on challenging projects

** Preferred Qualifications*
* Basic knowledge of:

+ Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering

+ Previous experience inData Center/Mission Critical Design

+

Experience with construction support

+ Understanding of design differences in Hyper-scale, edge and colocation data centers.

+ Familiarity with Data Center tier rating systems

+ Stronge knowledge in Autodesk Revit

+ Data Center airflow CFD modeling experience for internal and external evaluations

+ Computer generated

HVAC cooling and heating loads and HVAC equipment sizing

+ HVAC system energy modeling and energy code

+ Green building initiatives such as LEED

+ Technical submittal reviewing process and bid reviewing process for large-scale water and air cooled chiller plants

+ International Codes Council (ICC)
Suiteof Codes,ASHRAEHandbooks/Standards,ASPEdesignhandbooks, and SMACNAStandards

+ NFPA Standards

+ Attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously

** Minimum Qualifications*
* + Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing or equivalent experience in Engineering work.

+ Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
