FMS Space Domain Awareness System Engineer

Responsibilities- Provide technical expertise to integrate U.S. Space Force Space Domain Awareness (SDA) mission area programs of record into the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) enterprise and enable export to international partners.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to support the Technology Release and Foreign Disclosure (TRFD) process and ensure compliance with Air Force Policy Directive (AFPD) 16‑1.
- Develop and deliver high-quality written products and briefings to executive-level leadership, including SES and GO, reporting programmatic milestones.
- 6+ years of experience with space operations.
- 3+ years of experience in the mission area.
- Knowledge of the acquisition lifecycle and FMS policies, processes, and stakeholders.
- Ability to use MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint and communicate at the executive level.
- Top Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Experience with TRFD policy and processes.
- Knowledge of the Office of the Secretary of the Air Force for Space Acquisition and Integration (SAF/SQ)’s role in security assistance and FMS and its relationship to key stakeholders such as the Secretary of the Air Force for International Affairs (SAF/IA), Space Systems Command (SSC), Air Force Security Assistance and Cooperation (AFSAC), and Air Force Security Assistance and Training (AFSAT).
- Ability to use MS tools such as Power Apps, including Power BI.
- TS/SCI clearance.
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Top Secret clearance is required.
CompensationSalary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, the individual’s education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $ (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
