Process Engineering & Systems Optimization. Redesigning WMATA's training workflows for smarter, faster, and more accessible technical learning systems.. Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead End-to-End Process Redesign Initiatives:
Direct the analysis, redesign, and digitization of complex, paper-based workflows, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, compliance standards, and user needs.
Facilitate
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Serve as the primary liaison between business units, IT, and executive stakeholders to ensure shared understanding, resolve barriers, and drive consensus on process improvements.
Ensure Quality, Risk Mitigation, and Compliance:
Identify process risks and inefficiencies, prioritize corrective actions, and ensure all redesigned workflows meet data governance, security, and accessibility requirements.
Manage Project Timelines and Deliverables:
