• Provides technical expertise and direct support required by engineers.
• Serves a Senior Technical Advisor to the organizations Director.
• Develops correspondence for leadership and advocates for division functions across the organization.
• Develops requirements and plans to facilitate the implementation and sustainment of engineering management.
