RTX is offering a two-year Engineering Leadership Development Program in Electrical disciplines. You will rotate across multiple U.S. locations, tackling challenging milestones in electrical systems, prototyping, and design documentation.
You will relocate for each eight-month assignment and collaborate with systems, software, and PM teams to validate hardware, run simulations, and present technical reviews to leadership.
