RTX is seeking a Materials Engineer for a three‑track rotational program across multiple U.S. locations.
You will engage in materials research and development, destructive and non‑destructive testing, chemical analysis, and quality control to support advanced aerospace materials. You will own frontline engineering deliverables, document results, and collaborate with manufacturing, mechanical, systems, and quality teams to evaluate material performance and optimize processing.
