In the role of Senior CAD/BIM Lead, we'll count on you to:
- Perform non-routine and complex drafting assignments requiring application of standardized drawing techniques
- Perform redline corrections and develop design drawings from initial sketches
- Take responsibility for drawing layout
- Work independently with occasional advice from your supervisor
- Direct efforts of less-experienced CADD Technicians as needed
- Perform other duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Preference given to candidates currently residing in the Mid-Atlantic (VA/MD/DC) Area
Required Qualifications:
- Associate or technical school degree, or combination of education and relevant experience
- A minimum of 5 years working as a CAD Technician
- Proficiency using AutoCAD and/or Micro Station, and In Roads
- Experience using Microsoft Office in production workflows
- Ability to be a lead technician and work closely with less experienced CADD Staff
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Intermediate or advanced understanding of engineering or architectural concepts, workflows, and deliverables
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
(Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.) Fulton, MD: $60,753 - $86,790. Arlington, VA: $66,276 - $94,680. Newport News, VA: $55,230 - $78,900. Virginia Beach, VA: $55,230 - $78,900.
