Mission Engineering is integrating threat expertise, mission decomposition, architectures, technology evaluation, modeling & simulation, operations analysis, mission planners, and world‑class visualization into a unified mission thread shaping programs, pursuits, investments, and strategy.

As an Advanced Technology Analysis SME
, you will contribute directly to building that integrated environment. Your work will inform SAP‑level decision‑making, drive technology strategy, and fuel the Mission Engineering Laboratory — a collaborative ecosystem for wargaming, experimentation, and mission‑driven problem solving. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high‑visibility, cross‑domain environments and wants to help shape the future of mission‑level planning and analysis at Raytheon.

What You Will Do- Serve as the Mission Engineering advanced technology analysis SME for all SAP‑level fully informed activities.
- Evaluate business environments, cost feasibility, and return‑on‑investment potential for technologies; advise program management and senior leaders on technology growth and mission‑focused product development.
- Lead analyst teams to produce Operations Analysis (OA) and Modeling & Simulation (M&S) products, leadership briefings, and cross‑mission support materials.
- Coordinate system‑of‑systems analysis including threat environments, competitive systems insights, mission architectures, and algorithm/mode‑level mission needs.
