Party Shift Lead – Scramble Indoor Play

At Scramble Indoor Play, we are changing the way families play. As a Party Shift Lead, you will be responsible for creating memorable birthday party and event experiences while leading a team to deliver exceptional guest service. This role is ideal for an energetic, organized, and outgoing individual who enjoys working with children and families in a fast-paced environment.

As part of the Scramble leadership team, you will oversee party operations, support team members during events, and ensure every celebration exceeds expectations. Party Shift Leads are eligible for party bonus pay and other performance-based incentives.

• Lead all aspects of birthday parties and special events from arrival to departure.
• Coordinate with Party Hosts and team members to ensure parties run smoothly and on schedule.
• Welcome guests and serve as the primary point of contact for party families throughout their event.
• Set up and reset party tables, decorations, and event spaces before and after parties.
• Maintain party supply inventory and communicate supply needs to management.
• Ensure exceptional guest service while upholding Scramble standards and brand values.
• Assist with event scheduling, administrative tasks, and operational projects as assigned.
• Support daily facility operations when not actively managing events.
• Train and mentor Party Team Members and Guest Hosts.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility.

• Ability to remain organized and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable directing team members and providing coaching when needed.
• Available to work evenings and weekends, including Thursday through Sunday.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of supervisory, hospitality, event coordination, or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and scheduling software.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain active throughout the shift.
