The starting pay for this position is $19 per hour and is located at Reagan Airport (DCA) – 2500 National Ave, Parking 1, Arlington, VA 22202.

Start date will be on or after July 1, 2026 and cannot exceed 180 days.

• Monday‑Wednesday: 12:00pm‑9:30pm, Friday and Saturday: 7:00am‑3:30pm
• Thursday‑Monday: 12:00pm‑9:30pm
• Monday‑Friday: 10:00am‑6:30pm

• Take incoming calls—reservations, rate quotes, general questions—and provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops, and other vendors.
• Manage outgoing calls for callback management, A/Rs, and miscellaneous calls as assigned.
• Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone.
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Provide directions and general assistance.
• Assist with assessing condition of rental upon return.
• Process returns, check‑ins, and exit kiosk transactions.
• Effectively market the company while picking up customers and/or dropping them off in a safe and courteous manner and assisting customers as needed.
• Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services.
• May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment.
• Responsible for notifying Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance.
• Clean vehicle interior and exterior by hand or by operating washing equipment when needed.
• Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer billing.
• Perform miscellaneous and backup job‑related duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company at this time or in the future.
• Must have at least 1 year experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or management.
• Leadership experience could include experience in organizations, clubs, volunteer work, community service, athletics, or military service.
• Must be able to handle physical aspects of this job to include working outside in various temperatures, standing for long periods of time, bending, squatting and moving quickly with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must have a valid US drivers license.
• Must have a satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference, education and social security.
• This is a seasonal position and you may work up to 180 working days during the defined season.
