Corporate Tax Manager - Philadelphia, PA Arlington, VA | Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

As a Corporate Tax Manager
, you will play a key role in providing tax compliance, planning, and ASC 740 income tax accounting services. You'll manage multiple client engagements within a collaborative and supportive team environment that values innovation, technical excellence, and client service. This hybrid role requires at least two days per week onsite, either at the office or client site.

• Lead and manage client tax engagements from start to finish, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Review and prepare corporate income tax returns, including identifying savings opportunities.
• Oversee ASC 740 tax provisions and offer audit support as needed.
• Supervise and mentor tax associates and interns, providing training and performance feedback.
• Build and maintain client relationships and identify opportunities to expand services.
• Conduct tax research and respond to federal and state tax authority inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal tax teams and utilize leading tax software tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• CPA licensed in PA or VA (or eligible through reciprocity) or JD/active law license.
• 4-7 years of progressive corporate tax experience.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and corporate tax compliance.
• Public accounting background, preferably with a top 15 firm.
• Experience working with large, multi-state or global corporations.
• Proficiency in One Source Tax Provision is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
