The Boeing Company is seeking a Financial Analyst Manager (Level K) to join our Supply Chain Resources and Fulfillment Finance team. This individual will support multiple business partners across functional and program leadership teams and has management responsibilities across multiple cost elements supporting airplane programs. The role provides financial advice, reporting analyses, forecasting, program finance integration, and budget management while leading a team of approximately 7 finance professionals.

• Develop and maintain relationships with business partners, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports.
• Provide direct support and consultation to directors and senior leaders on strategies, operations, and business plans to ensure goals are achieved in line with established guidelines, using tools to analyze and review financial data for decision making.
• Support and lead business process and productivity improvements that ensure efficient and timely financial operations.
• Develop and execute integrated organizational plans, policies, and processes.
• Lead a talented team performing business case development, financial analysis, and forecasting.
• Apply knowledge of described activities to develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures, and set operational goals.
• Acquire resources for projects and processes and lead process improvements.
• Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
• Provide guidance and oversight, including management review and approval of technical approaches and processes ensuring customer and regulatory requirements are met.
• Lead, develop, inspire, motivate, and coach employees.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years of experience in a Finance, Accounting, Business, or related role.
• 3+ years of experience leading a team or a project.
• 3+ years of experience presenting and communicating data in Senior Leadership briefings.

• Master’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience with financial analysis, financial modeling, financial or resource forecasts, and/or assessment of associated risks and opportunities.

Summary pay range: $122,400 - $165,600.
