Vice President, Treasurer - Arlington, VA
Role OverviewCoStar Group is a leading provider of real‑time commercial real estate data. The finance group centralizes transaction processes, providing accurate reporting, financial resolutions, and forecasting analysis. The role reports to the Chief Financial Officer and leads digital payments, payment platforms for customers, and consolidation of disparate systems from acquisitions and new products. The position will manage a treasury function for debt, rating agency/debt investor relationships, and international payments structures.
Responsibilities- Lead treasury functions
- Investment management ($3.9B in cash)
- Banking structure – domestic and international
- Relationships with financial institutions, rating agencies, and bond holders/debt investors
- Financing strategies and capital allocation decision support
- Foreign currency management
- Cash flow oversight – borrowing, public debt, investments
- Digital payments and cash receipts
- Design and implement common domestic and international payments infrastructure and solutions
- Consolidate existing payment methods and systems to a scalable infrastructure
- Manage card network relationships
- Monitor and improve performance with business teams
- Capital projects – e.g., facilities infrastructure in Richmond and other leasehold improvement investments, including funding, sales leaseback, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field from an accredited, not‑for‑profit, in‑person college/university
- 9+ years of financial leadership/management experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience using financial and budgeting applications
- Business Process methodology experience – Lean or Six Sigma preferred
