Senior Financial Analyst, Devices & Services FP&A

Amazon’s Devices & Services organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for its Devices and Services FP&A team. The role involves building a deep understanding of financial planning, reporting and analytics within Units, Revenue and Gross Profit, and requires regular interaction with product line leadership across the organization. The successful candidate will have financial reporting experience, an operationally focused mindset, and thrive in a fast‑paced, global organization.

• Own end‑to‑end monthly & quarterly reporting processes and support forecasting and planning cycles
• Lead quarterly Board of Directors support schedule consolidation process
• Own and align on peak‑event reporting requirements throughout the calendar year
• Be the expert in all financial planning tools used to forecast Units / Revenue and Contribution profit
• Partner with the Fin Tech team to drive process improvements, efficiencies, reduce effort and cycle times, and improve insight
• Create reporting that provides transparency and insights on key financial metrics to the Devices & Services leadership team

This role is based in Amazon's HQ2 in Arlington, VA.

• 3+ years of experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field
• 3+ years applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analysis
• 3+ years identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field

• MBA or CPA
• Experience in financial modeling, P&L management or analysis
• Experience with cube engine tools (e.g., TM1, Cognos or Essbase), SQL and Data warehouse
• Experience working with stakeholders
• 3+ years driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is USD 66,900.00 –  annually. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
