The Role As our Hotel Controller, you’ll oversee the financial operations of the property, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and insight that supports smart decision-making.

You’ll be the financial steward of the hotel—protecting assets, guiding performance, and partnering with leadership to drive profitable results.

What You’ll Be Doing Oversee all hotel accounting functions, including AP, AR, payroll, and GLPrepare monthly financial statements, forecasts, and variance analysis

Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and audit requirements

Manage cash flow, banking, and balance sheet reconciliations

Support the annual budget process and ongoing financial planning

Partner closely with the General Manager and department leaders
