Responsibilities- Forecasting & budgeting: coordinate with business units for inputs, prepare the company’s annual budget and monthly forecast, integrate analysis into the monthly reporting process.
- Provide analysis of expected forecast outputs, investigate variances, and present findings to senior leadership.
- Investment analysis: build models for prospective investment opportunities, including valuation (NPV, IRR, ROE), capital requirements, annual cash and income contributions, and lead cross‑functional efforts.
- Support the Investment Committee and Executive Leadership with presentations based on analysis.
- Prepare executive level reports and presentations of consolidated results and analysis.
- Build relationships with functional teams and contribute to periodic and ad‑hoc FP&A initiatives.
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A or business valuation analysis.
- Experience with accounting systems and strong data analytics and business acumen.
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing complex Excel models.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound analytical, planning and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting, forecasting and analysis across the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement.
- Experience with data analytics tools and technology such as dash‑boarding, data visualization, automation and AI.
- Experience in renewable energy.
- Proficiency in PowerBI, Anaplan, BPC and Think Cell.

CompensationExpected salary at commencement is $105,000 to $131,325 per year, with an annual bonus and other variable components. Compensation may vary based on location, knowledge, skills and experience. Employees are at‑will and the company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time.
