Position Summary

This position offers the right person a unique opportunity to be the key financial co‑pilot with a focus on the DSD/Drug/Small format accounts across all Nestlé USA divisions. The RGM Finance Manager will be a key contributor in building out fiscal strategies with the accounts, as well as playing a key role in the Osprey trade management systems, analytics and processes.

A function of the role will be to provide a monthly overview of the E2E Route‑to‑Market to Operator Profitability analysis.

Financial oversight includes detailed event level planning, promotional spend review, forecasting, reporting, and ad‑hoc customer analysis, with an emphasis on maintaining sound financial controls around trade budget spending. The position is instrumental in allocating resources to accounts, maintaining control of NPS, trade spend, NNS, and ensuring our customers are complying with the Nestlé Next terms and policies.

The successful individual will have a strong revenue growth management, finance or accounting background, superior communication and people skills, ability to learn quickly, a solid understanding of Nestlé (or another FMCG/CPG business) and the ability to deliver high performance work both within a team and independently.

The Key Performance indicators are sales volume, real internal growth, organic growth, performance trade efficiency, UAD balances, and profit. The key quality indicators are trade management, forecasting, deduction management and customer service.

Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 5 years revenue growth management and/or finance management experience in Consumer Goods company/industry preferred
  • Intermediate/Advanced in Excel and SAP (or other ERP System) required
  • Previous experience with Sales Analysis, trade fund management a plus

  • Strong data management and analytical skills, and critically important to be able to deliver the message to non‑finance professionals

  • Self‑starter and shows initiative and quickly learns the specifics of the customer and revenue growth management
