Transaction Tax Director – M&A Tax

• Lead tax planning, consulting, and compliance on M&A projects
• Develop and mentor team members
• Conduct buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence
• Advise on tax efficient acquisitions, divestments, and restructurings
• Perform detailed analyses of tax attributes
• Maintain communication to manage engagements and client expectations

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Master's in Taxation/LLM preferred
• 8 to 12 years of progressive federal tax consulting/compliance experience
• 5 to 7 years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions tax services
• CPA or JD/active law license required
• Experience in Corporate, S-Corp and/or Partnership returns
• Proficiency in US GAAP and tax compliance

Expertise in tax planning, consulting, and compliance for M&A projects, with a strong focus on tax efficient acquisitions and due diligence. Proven ability to mentor team members and manage client engagements effectively.
