Lead Budget Analyst For Ousw A&s, Bond Program
The detail incumbent serves as lead budget analyst for OUSW A&S, BOND program, reporting to the program director. Responsible for procurement, contracting, and interagency strategies during the stand-up phase, they design financial frameworks and manage complex funding vehicles to integrate private-sector executives into DoW. Applying expert PPBE and fiscal law knowledge, the analyst serves as authoritative advisor to BOND and senior OUSW(A&S) leadership.
