This position will play a key role in negotiating and closing project financings while partnering closely with leadership, lenders, and investors. Title: Sr. Manager, Project Finance

Compensation: $130K–$160K base + bonus

Location: Arlington, VA (Hybrid)

Position Overview

This is a senior, deal-facing role responsible for leading project finance transactions from structuring through execution, while partnering closely with internal leadership and external capital providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project finance transactions from origination through close
• Structure and negotiate financing agreements with tax equity and debt partners
• Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and strategic partners
• Oversee financial modeling, valuation, and transaction analysis
• Support strategic decision-making across the project portfolio
• Collaborate cross-functionally with development, legal, and operations teams
• Mentor and support junior team members as appropriate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5–10+ years of experience in project finance or renewable energy
• Proven track record leading and closing financing transactions
• Strong financial modeling and deal structuring experience
• Required:
