** Role Overview
** Anchor Health Properties, a national full-service healthcare real estate firm specializing in development, acquisitions, asset and property management, leasing, and investment management, is hiring a Senior Associate, Investments for its Arlington, VA office. The role serves as a primary deal executor on Anchor's investments team, managing transactions from sourcing through closing under the guidance of the SVP, Investments. Candidates may also be considered at the VP/SVP, Investments level.
** Key Responsibilities
** Deal Execution (~70%):

- Lead underwriting on acquisition, development, and structured finance transactions, building and maintaining financial models in Excel and Argus
- Serve as deal lead — managing the process from IC authorization through PSA execution, due diligence, and closing
- Prepare and present investment committee materials, including IC memos, underwriting summaries, and risk analyses
- Coordinate due diligence work streams with third-party consultants
- Support debt financings, including term sheet solicitation and lender communications
- Draft and advance LOIs, PSAs, and related transaction documents

Business Development (~15%): support outbound business development, market coverage, broker outreach, and deal screening.

Analyst Pool Oversight (~15%): provide quality control and mentorship of analyst work product, including financial models and IC materials.
** Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, business, or related field (Master's a plus)- 4-7 years of real estate investment experience with a track record in acquisitions, development, or structured finance
- Advanced Excel modeling skills;
Argus Enterprise proficiency strongly preferred
- Experience managing transactions from underwriting through close, including PSA negotiation
- Healthcare real estate experience a plus but not required
